COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Our team has experience in renewable energy development since 2008, both from projects implemented in the Czech Republic and in other European countries such as Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Portugal, as well as from countries in the Middle East.
In the Czech Republic, we mainly focus on the development of free-standing photovoltaic power plants – from finding and securing a suitable plot of land, obtaining a grid connection contract, amending the zoning plan and obtaining a building permit.
We provide turnkey energy solutions to industrial building owners. From the financial evaluation, i.e. the technical conditions for installation on a given building and the specific energy needs, to securing all necessary permits, implementation and subsequent operation.

Daniel Vávrů
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel has been active in the business environment since 1994. Daniel specializes professionally in acquisitions and venture capital work. Daniel has been a partner and owner in real estate companies as well as railcar manufacturing and repair. He was a partner in the development and financial planning of a 10 MWe cogeneration steam power plant in Slovak Republic.
Lukáš Jelínek
Development Director
Apart from the Czech Republic, where Lukas worked on his first projects in 2008, he has been active mainly in the CEE region, where he participated on development of PV projects of +200 MW. Besides development, Lukas specializes in the acquisition of PV projects in various stages of development. Lukas also worked as a development director in a multinational renewable energy company.
Vítězslav Wajtr
Chief Financial Officer
Specialist in tax and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, VAT, income tax and international taxation. Vitezslav worked as CFO and tax advisor in a multinational law firm.
OUR STRATEGY
We focus on search for ideal locations (land, industrial buildings) and their complete development in order to prepare and offer to our clients the investment opportunities in the field of solar power plants construction and operation. Our goal is to provide a complete service, including both the location search and development, as well as the final implementation and provision of subsequent services related to the operation and maintenance of the PV plant.
